Become A YES Kid
The YES Kid Journey
This is what happens when kids like you apply to Youth Experience Sponsorship (YES): the real steps, in order, from “I want to do this” to “I’m still a YES kid years later.”

It starts with you and what you are excited to do. Maybe it’s basketball. Maybe it’s a tutor, a sailing camp, a robotics club, a sleep-away camp in the mountains.

Next you fill out an application. We ask you why it matters to you. That’s the part we’re most interested in.

Your application is reviewed. If there are questions or more information is needed, they will let you know.

Provide the additional information that is needed to review your application fully.

The committee reads why this matters to you, and they’re backing it, and approves your application.

YES sends the money straight to your program: the coach, the camp, the tutor. You do the thing you chose. Brooklyn couldn’t afford basketball camp on her own. YES paid for her season at 24/8 Basketball, and she showed up.

It doesn’t end when the season does. Kids who come through YES stay connected, through what they try next, and the next thing after that. Once a YES kid, always a YES kid.
