“Jesse’s eyes were opened to the impact he could make in building connections across cultures. He became like family to the Dominican friends and coaches, taking on leadership roles as a liaison between our American and Dominican players. Using both his baseball skills and language abilities, Jesse bridged gaps and helped players connect regardless of cultural differences.”
